It can be very stressful to transition your loved one into senior living or care. St. Croix Structuring offers a full service so that you can focus on your loved one while we take care of the rest.
Starting the process
Once you and your family have made the decision to transition your loved one into senior care, reach out to St. Croix Structuring! We will schedule a meeting to develop a game plan to make the process run smoothly. At this time, we will discuss rates.
The Move
St. Croix Structuring will help coordinate the move, we will pack the allowed personal belongings that will be moving with our client. We can even do the unpacking if the facility or home will allow us too.
Remaining Contents
St. Croix Structuring can prepare the remaining contents of the home for an estate sale. St. Croix Structuring will not conduct the actual sale but would recommend an Estate Sale Company for you to use. You may also choose to host the estate sale as a family. If an estate sale is not the correct option, we would go through the entire home and distinguish what would be donated, thrown away or we can find other options that would be suitable for the situation. (Moving contents offsite for an auction, etc.)
Getting the Home Ready to Sell
St. Croix Structuring works with realtors licensed both in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We would get the home cleared of its contents and provide a deep cleaning so that the realtor can work their magic and get the home sold right away!
Transition Complete
We coordinated the move of your loved one and they are now settled into their new environment. The items were cleared from their home, the house was cleaned and prepped for sale. We worked with a real estate agent and got the house sold! Thank you for working with us!
